Organoleptic characteristics: Purplish red, dark and intense color.

The nose has fruity notes ranging from licorice to black berried fruits.
On the palate it has a good body and a round and sweet tannicity.
Good persistence that tends to a fruity finish.

 Perfect to combine with aged cheeses and cured meats.
