Our Gran Cru Collection, has been crafted by the union of two territories geographically distant but with very similar soil texture: the Cembra Valley in Trentino and the Volcano Etna in Sicily both characterized by volcanic soil.

The elegant coasters in lava stone from the Volcano Etna in Sicily and the chilling/warming cubes in porphyry from the Cembra Valley in Trentino complete the desire of wanting you to experience a different and interesting tasting moment.

We have combined the Grappa made with Müller Thurgau grape skins from Trentino with oak Tonneaux from the Pietradolzce Winery used for the aging of the Etna Rosso wine. This combination has given light to a Grappa Riserva particularly expressive of the typical sensorial hints that the volcanic soil can give.

Color: Amber with intense yellow gold strikes

Nose: Refined, intense, pleasantly fruity of apricot, cherry, blackcurrant, red ripe fruit, toasty notes of vanilla, hazelnut, cocoa, coffee, amaretto biscuit and floral

Taste: Great aromatic and mineral complexity, pleasantly tannic, fruity, floral, vanilla and toasted notes
