Variety of olives: Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Salentina and Leccina.
Flavor: Fruity olive oil with a typical almond aftertaste. The flavor is full and lively of freshly pressed olives.
Color: Golden yellow with green reflections.
Ideal to be eaten raw as a finishing touch to enhance any recipe. Also excellent for soups and soups.
