Is a blend of 60% Cima di Melfi, 30% Cellina di Nardò, 10% Picholine Oils.
It has a medium fruitiness in which the herbaceous aromas of wild chicory and artichoke leaves are appreciated
Pleasant to the taste the persistence of bitterness and spiciness are harmoniously expressed
Easy to use and it’s a very versatile oil that lends itself well to various types of dishes but particularly loves cooked vegetables and red meats
