It has an intense fruity taste and a vivid green color.
It has also accents of freshly cut grass, artichoke and green tomato
that give enjoyable, dynamic and elegant sensations of bitter and spicy.
It is ideal to dress salads and also to offset the strong taste of fresh cheeses.
