THE TRADITIONAL CAKE OF MAMMA ROSETTA
Tender and crumbly thanks to the use of rice flour alone, also ideal with creams or grappas.
Made with only stone-ground Vialone Nano Rice Flour and a few other genuine ingredients, it is very reminiscent of the traditional Mantuan sbrisolona recipe but thanks to the very fine Rice Flour it is extremely light and crumbly.
This delicious cake can be enjoyed at any time of the day, for breakfast, as a snack or as an excellent dessert if combined with a glass of grappa or custard.
Ingredients: rice flour 60%, butter, sugar, almonds, manufactured in a facility that handles cereals conteining gluten, soy, nuts, milk, sesame and eggs.
Gluten free product, manifactured in a non-sterile environment.
